Tommie has a background of over 20 years in the automotive industry and has ambitious goals for the future of Blueprint Autos. Tommie is currently completing his master technician training with Bosch. Tommie has trained in seven different car franchises throughout his career, has competed successfully in Irish motor sport and always welcomes new challenges!

Finnian is the director of sales at Blueprint Autos. Finnian has a passion for all things automotive and looks after all vehicle sales in the business. As he is an accredited finance intermediary he also deals with finance applications. Finnian partnered with Tommie in 2015 to expand Blueprint Autos into car and van sales. Finnian and Tommie had previously set up a successful campervan rental company in 2013 called Craic N Campers.

With her meticulous and thorough approach to her work she is a valuable asset to our team here at Blueprint Autos. She leaves no stone unturned when checking your car over.

Sara joined Blueprint Autos in 2023 and is our service advisor and first point of contact for our customers. Sara enjoys dealing with the public and has keen attention to detail making her a huge asset to our team. By liaising with our technicians and customers she is here to make your car maintenance journey as simple and transparent as possible.

Mark had a head start as he was born with a spanner in his hand, as his Dad is also a mechanic. Mark has been with Tommie from the start of his apprenticeship and is now a fully qualified mechanic. From his time at Blueprint Autos, Mark has vast experience dealing with lots of different makes and models of cars. Working for Tommie for so long and staying with him during the move to the new premises here on the Golf Links Road means Mark knows the business inside out and is a vital asset to the team!

Mindaugas is one of our highly skilled and qualified Technicians here at Blueprint Autos! Mindaugas joined Tom, our Head of Business / Senior Technician, a few years ago before we moved premises to The Golf Links Road in Roscommon Town in 2015. He has an all round knowledge of machines and tools. If you need something mended, Mendez is your man!
